Edinburgh, Scotland — 14 November 2024. Ratebay Care Technologies today announced the renewal and expansion of its infrastructure support agreement with ClearConnect Systems, a Glasgow-based managed IT services provider specialising in healthcare and regulated industry clients.
Under the expanded agreement, ClearConnect will provide Ratebay with round-the-clock remote monitoring and maintenance of its Edinburgh server infrastructure, network equipment, and clinical systems environments. ClearConnect engineers are granted secure remote access to Ratebay's internal infrastructure via a dedicated persistent VPN connection, enabling rapid response to out-of-hours incidents without the cost and delay of on-site attendance.
